Core Values

The leadership, partners and programs of the "Children's Development fund" will conduct themselves at all time in compliance with the following core values of the organization.

Stewardship

The "Hawk Children's Fund" (HCF) accepts the obligation and expects it leaders, partners and programs to accept the responsibility to manage every dollar of donations for the sole benefit of children in Africa. We will act as the stewards of the donor's gifts to the children of Africa.

Integrity

The HCF will adhere to a code of moral conduct in all its affairs. We will expect our leaders, partners and programs to hold themselves and their activities to the highest possible code of moral values.

Determination /Persistence

The HCF will remain focused and resolute on its primary mission to help children in Africa. It pledges to remain fixed in this resolve in spite of any opposition or difficulties. It will get results. It will help children in Africa.

Responsiveness

The HCF will be a responsive organization. It will proactively seek the input and suggestions of its donors. It will continuously adapt and adjust its actions in response to requests for funding to help children from its partners in Africa.

Transparency

The HCF and its programs will strive at all times to be a transparent organization. It will facilitate this through openness, two-way communications and with ultimate accountability to the donors.

Accountability

The HCF expects its leaders, partners and programs to be held accountable. It acknowledges the acceptance of this responsibility for its actions, decisions and results of the organization.
